After completing the Franchise Application Form, our team will contact you to provide detailed information about the business model, investment requirements, and available concept formats. At this stage, the most suitable format for you is determined.

Evaluation & Approval Process

Following the application, a detailed evaluation is conducted covering location analysis, investment capacity, and brand compatibility. To maximize investor success, Zen Döner carefully assesses each location and business plan. Approved candidates proceed to the official franchise agreement stage.

Contract & Training

After the franchise agreement is signed, a comprehensive training program begins for both the investor and staff. This program covers product preparation and service standards, self-service kiosk operations, kitchen management and hygiene standards, as well as customer experience training.

Architectural Design & Setup

Zen Döner central team manages the architectural design, decoration, and equipment planning in accordance with the selected location. All branches are prepared based on the brand’s modern, minimal, and zen-inspired design language. During this phase, the investor is only responsible for approvals and feedback; the entire operational process is handled by professional teams.
